What do people search for on the internet? Answer The Public has the answer

What do people want to know about a brand or a specific topic? The answer to this question can be found by analyzing the most popular searches people make on Google and other search engines about that brand or subject.

This is precisely what Answer The Public does, a service that allows you to discover in a very visual way the queries made by users that are related to the topic we're interested in.

Every day, 3 billion searches are performed on Google, which are "like a direct line to your customers' thoughts," say those responsible for Answer The Public in the presentation of their website. These searches represent, according to Answer The Public, "an untapped gold mine of content ideas."

What exactly does AnswerThePublic do? "It analyzes autocomplete data from search engines like Google and quickly generates useful sentences and questions related to the keyword," as explained on this service's website.

Answer The Public can be useful for professionals in public relations, market research, content marketing, or SEO, among other fields.

Answer The Public is a project of NP Digital, a company co-founded in 2017 by Neil Patel, considered one of the most influential marketing experts in the world.

The service can be tried for free for one search, and free registration allows up to 3 searches per day. Additionally, it offers paid services at different levels depending on each client's needs.

More than 400 million songs available on SoundCloud

Founded in 2007, SoundCloud is an audio platform that allows artists and fans from around the world to connect through music. According to its managers, SoundCloud helps artists "create and grow their careers by offering them advanced tools, services, and resources."

Currently, SoundCloud hosts more than 400 million songs from over 40 million artists worldwide, especially independent artists, and is one of the leading music streaming platforms.

SoundCloud also allows users to upload and share other audio files, such as podcasts or sound documents.

SoundCloud's commitment to musical artists intensified a few years ago with the introduction of various improvements to its SoundCloud for Artists service, including the new Fans tool for artists, direct messaging on mobile, a new commenting tool, a global licensing agreement with Merlin, and expanded member benefits.

Recently, SoundCloud has signed an agreement with Ticketmaster and Universe to allow artists to create events, sell tickets, and share their live shows directly on the SoundCloud platform.

Patreon sees a positive future for internet creators

The creator platform Patreon has recently published the "State of Create" study, which analyzes the current situation of the creator market and its possible evolution during this year 2025.

Patreon says that "there has never been a better time to be a creator. More people than ever are making a living on the internet, turning their creativity into true professional careers."

However, "that success also brings uncertainty," the report's authors state. Specifically, they cite the constant changes in platforms as problematic elements, which are making reaching audiences "more difficult than ever."

"A few years ago - it says in the presentation - we began to notice a shift. Creators who had been building communities for years saw their reach diminish. Engagement wasn't what it used to be, and the problem wasn't with their work, but with the collapse of the very systems designed to help them connect."

To understand the moment creators are experiencing, Patreon interviewed thousands of creators and fans, and also discovered very positive elements. Thus, the report notes that, despite the difficulties, "creators are more resilient than ever. In fact, almost 90% told us they would continue to recommend others become creators, despite all the challenges. Why? Because signs point to a new shift toward a healthier, more creator-centered future. A future where they have control."
