The Hustle is one of the most popular and successful newsletters on the net.

The Hustle was founded in 2014 by entrepreneur Sam Parr. In 2021, its great audience success -then with 1.5 million subscribers- led to its acquisition by marketing and sales software company HubSpot in a deal valued at around 27 million dollars.

Currently, more than two and a half million professionals are subscribed to The Hustle.

McKinsey's interactive on how future offices should be

The global coronavirus pandemic reduced the demand for office space worldwide. A report by consulting firm McKinsey concludes that the demand for offices, at least as they are currently designed and delivered, is likely to be lower by 2030 in many cities around the world.

This reality presents all parties involved in one way or another in the office business with the challenge of conceiving a new generation of spaces. What should the office of the future look like?

The McKinsey team has developed an interactive feature (The future of the office) that brings to life office data from three major cities - San Francisco, Tokyo, and London - and proposes the four crucial attributes of future offices, which should be spaces that are:

  • Purposeful

  • Built for connectivity

  • Digitally enhanced

  • Sustainability-oriented

This special interactive feature is part of one of the special issues that the quarterly magazine McKinsey Quarterly is publishing this year to mark its 60th anniversary.
