FIFA+'s historical archive is an audiovisual treasure. It is the most complete archive of international football, with more than 2,500 videos available for free, featuring content spanning from the mid-20th century to the present day.

Newspaper Clarín celebrates its 80th anniversary with a multimedia historical special

On August 28th, the Argentine newspaper Clarín turned 80 years old. This newspaper, founded on August 28, 1945, has become the Spanish-language media outlet with the largest number of digital subscribers worldwide, after recently reaching the figure of 750,000 subscribers.
Among other initiatives promoted on the occasion of this celebration, Clarín recently launched a multimedia historical special in which it reviews major news stories from these last eight decades using the materials -texts, photos and even advertisements- published at the time, seeking "an attractive way to rescue history and bring it to the present."
The Clarín team has selected nearly 90 high-impact historical news stories, both national and international, and has told them "as if the internet had always existed," including photos, videos and animated pages, always maintaining the original texts. "A narration using internet codes and tools, about events that mostly occurred before the internet existed."
