Good morning!

Here are the three resources we've prepared for today:
Explore Woopdo, a new digital wellbeing platform
Severance and The Penguin, the series with the most nominations at the 2025 Emmy Awards
Live broadcast of Iceland's volcanic eruptions
Explore Woopdo, a new digital wellbeing platform
Our first topic today comes with the following personal note from Clara:
I'm excited to share some personal news with our On The Net Today readers. Woopdo, one of the companies I co-founded, is entering its seed funding round this fall.
While 60% of young adults report feeling lonely despite 7 hours of daily screen time, we're building something different. Woopdo is an AI-powered platform that creates guided real-world experiences called woops, designed to help people reclaim one hour a day for authentic connection.

We're currently in active conversations with investors and partners who share our vision of technology that brings people together rather than isolates them. This is a $4M seed round with smaller ticket sizes available for angel investors through August.
We're aiming to build more than an app; and actually create a new standard for responsible technology that prioritizes human wellbeing.
If you're interested in learning more about the project or exploring possible avenues for collaboration, we'd love to hear from you. If you know someone who might also be interested, please forward them this message.
We also have a brand new website for this era and I'd love your thoughts:

Live broadcast of Iceland's volcanic eruptions

In the last four years, Iceland has already experienced a total of 12 volcanic eruptions after the volcanic systems of the Reykjanes peninsula - near the country's capital, Reykjavik - became active again in 2021.
The most recent eruption, this past Wednesday, occurred in Grindavík. The Icelandic Meteorological Office (IMO) has explained that the magma pushed the earth's crust and opened a fissure between 700 and 1,000 meters in length.
Iceland's volcanic eruptions can be followed live through various web cameras.
For example, Iceland's public television has offered live images of this volcanic eruption these days using several webcams
But much more impactful has been this live broadcast carried out on Wednesday for five hours, available on YouTube, of images captured with a drone by Isak Finnbogason, from Iceland FPV:
Yesterday, Thursday, the volcanic activity was reduced very considerably, so that the state of emergency was lifted.
