Apple, Microsoft and Amazon lead Interbrand's ranking of the 100 most valuable brands in the world
Global brand consultancy Interbrand has recently published the 25th edition of its annual Best Global Brands ranking, which lists the 100 most valuable brands in the world.
Apple continues to hold the first place, although its brand has lost some value (-3%) for the first time in more than two decades, according to Interbrand's report. Its current value is $488.9 billion.
The second most valuable brand is Microsoft ($352.5 billion, +11%), while Amazon holds the third position ($298.1 billion, +8%).
The brands completing the top 10 positions in the ranking are, in this order, Google, Samsung, Toyota, Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, McDonald's and BMW.
Interesting facts from the report:
14 of the 100 most valuable brands in 2024 belong to the automotive sector, with Tesla ranking number 12.
Luxury brands have increased their global value. Ferrari, at position 62, is the fastest-growing brand this year, with a 21% increase in value. Louis Vuitton has moved from position 14 to 11.
These brands have entered the top 100 ranking for the first time this year: Nvidia (position 36), Pandora (91), Range Rover (96), and Jordan (99).
